Shipping & Return

Your order is shipped directly from our warehouse in the Netherlands, with a delivery time of 1-4 working days. 
Our customers receive a track & trace number via email to track their orders. Enter your track & trace number on the PostNL website to track your order.

PostNL delivers orders from Monday to Saturday until 9:30 PM. If you're not at home, the PostNL employee will leave a note in your mailbox. PostNL makes two delivery attempts in total.

Returns and Exchanges
To begin with, thank you for your purchase. We're glad you shopped with us. You have 90 days to decide if you want to keep your ordered item(s). If you're not completely satisfied, there are two options:

- Exchange or Return:
Shipping costs for returning products are at your own expense, but for product exchanges, we'll send you a free return label.

In both cases, please email us at support@confirm.nl. In the email, indicate whether you want to return or exchange the product and (optionally) the reason. Additionally, please include your order number and your name.

If your return meets all requirements, you can return the package including the return form via any postal service to:

Looking for a refund? We'll refund you the full purchase amount as soon as possible, within 14 days of receiving your return.

For a full refund, it's important that you return the product unworn in its original condition with accompanying labels, tags, etc. You may try on the products, of course.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

Right of withdrawal:
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You may use the model withdrawal form (Download PDF), but you are not obliged to do so. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal:
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
