Return Policy
We’re confident you’ll love our products, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we want to make the return process as easy as possible. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy, giving you plenty of time to decide.
Return policy
- Period: You can return your order within 30 days of receiving your product.
- Costs: Returns are at your expense, but we offer a return label for convenience. The cost will be deducted from your refund.
- Exchanges: Free return shipping for exchanges. We’ll provide a return label at no cost.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, including all tags and packaging.
How to return or exchange
You can start your return or exchange using one of the following options:
1. Via your Account
Returning or exchanging through your account is quick and simple:
- Log in to your account on our website.
- Go to "My Orders" to see your purchase history.
- Select your order and the item(s) you want to return.
- Confirm your return and follow the steps.

After registering your return, we’ll send you a return label. The cost of €6,50 will be deducted from your refund. If you prefer, you can arrange your own return shipment.
2. Via email
Send an email to support@confirm.nl with the following details:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- Whether you’d like to exchange or return your item
Once we receive your request, we’ll provide a return label. The cost of €6,50 will be deducted from your refund. If you prefer, you can arrange your own return shipment.
If you choose to return using the return form, you can arrange your own return shipment with a carrier of your choice.
Processing your return
- For returns: Your refund will be processed within 14 days of us receiving your package. The amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
- For exchanges: We’ll ship your new product as soon as we’ve processed your return.
Important information
- Keep your shipping receipt until we confirm your return.
- Exchanges are free—we cover the shipping cost for the new product.
- Items that don’t meet our return conditions (e.g., worn, washed, or damaged items) cannot be accepted.
