These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through the website of Confirm. By placing an order, you agree to the applicability of these Terms & Conditions and declare to be aware of their content.

Article 3: Agreement, Price & Payment
An agreement is concluded when you place an order via the website and Confirm sends you an order confirmation by email. Confirm reserves the right to decline an order if:
1. The information provided is incomplete or incorrect.
2. A previous order was not accepted or picked up.
3. Delivery to the specified address is not possible.
The prices on the website include taxes and shipping costs within the European Union. For deliveries outside the EU, additional charges and taxes are not included and are the customer’s responsibility. If there is an obvious error in pricing, Confirm reserves the right to correct this and notify the customer accordingly.
Article 4: Delivery
Confirm aims to deliver orders within 30 days after the purchase date. Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to external factors, such as the chosen payment method or product availability. The order will be delivered to the address provided during checkout. Customers must ensure that delivery to this address is possible.
Article 5: True Representation and Durability
Confirm strives to represent products as accurately as possible on the website. If a product does not match its depiction, customers may exercise their right of withdrawal as described below. The durability of products depends on the material and intensity of use. To maintain quality, it is important to follow the care and washing instructions. The washing instructions can be found in the items themselves on the wash label.
Article 6: Cooling-Off Period & Right of Withdrawal
If you wish to withdraw from the agreement, use the included return form and send it back to us. Alternatively, you can log in to your account to register your return. Items must be returned within 30 days of notifying Confirm of your withdrawal. Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all labels and tags intact.
Confirm will refund the purchase amount within 14 days after receiving the returned products using the original payment method. Customers are responsible for any reduction in value resulting from improper handling of the items.

These Terms & Conditions and any agreements concluded with Confirm are governed by Dutch law. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
Article 10: Changes to the Terms & Conditions
Confirm reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions. Changes will only take effect once they are published on the website of Confirm. By placing an order, you accept the Terms & Conditions in effect at the time of purchase.
