We hope you're happy with your purchase. If a product isn't quite to your liking, you can return it within 30 days of receipt . This gives you plenty of time to review your order.

Return period
You can return your order within 30 days of receipt .

Condition of the article
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition , including all tags and original packaging .

Return costs
Returns are at your own expense. For added convenience, you can use our return label. The cost is €6.50 per return and will be deducted from the refund amount. You can also choose to arrange a return yourself through a carrier of your choice.

Swap
Want to exchange an item? We'll cover the shipping costs for the new one. You'll receive a free return label.

Register a return or exchange

Through your account

The quickest way to register a return is through your account.

  1. Log into your account
  2. Go to My Orders
  3. Select the order and the item you want to return
  4. Follow the steps to register your return

Log in to your account

After registering, you'll receive a return label. The €6.50 fee will be deducted from your refund.

You can also register your return via info@confirm.nl .

Please include in your email:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • Whether you want to return or exchange the item

After receiving your request, we will send you a return label or you can return your package yourself to:

Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, the amount will be refunded via the original payment method within 14 days .

In case of an exchange, we will ship the new product as soon as we have processed your return.

Important information

  • Always keep your proof of postage until your return has been confirmed by us.
  • Exchanges are free – we'll pay for the shipping of the new product
  • Unfortunately, items that do not meet the return conditions cannot be accepted.
