Returns and Refund Policy

We naturally hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if a product is not entirely to your liking, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. This gives you ample time to inspect your order at your leisure.

Return Conditions

Return Period
You can return your order within 30 days of receipt.

Condition of the Item
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, including all tags and original packaging.

Return Costs
Return shipments are at your own expense. For extra convenience, you can use our return label. The cost for this is €6.50 per return shipment and will be deducted from the refunded amount. You can also choose to arrange your own return shipment via a carrier of your choice.

Exchanges
Do you want to exchange an item? We will cover the shipping costs of the new product. You will receive a free return label for this.

Register a Return or Exchange

Via your account

The quickest way to register a return is through your account.

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to My Orders
  3. Select the order and the item you wish to return
  4. Follow the steps to register your return

After registering, you will receive a return label. The cost of €6.50 will be deducted from your refund.

Via email

You can also register your return via support@confirm.nl.

In your email, please include:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • Whether you want to return or exchange the item

After receiving your request, we will send you a return label or you can send your package back to:

Refund

Once we have received and checked your return shipment, the amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

For an exchange, we will ship the new product as soon as your return has been processed by us.

Important Information

  • Always keep your proof of shipment until your return has been confirmed by us
  • Exchanges are free – we pay for the shipping of the new product
  • Unfortunately, items that do not meet the return conditions cannot be accepted
