Article 1: Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via the Confirm website. By placing an order, you agree to these general terms and conditions and declare that you have taken note of their content.

Article 3: Agreement, price, and payment
An agreement is concluded as soon as you place an order via the website and Confirm confirms your order by email. Confirm reserves the right to refuse an order if:
- The information provided is incomplete or incorrect.
- A previous order has not been accepted or has not been collected.
- Delivery to the specified address is not possible.
Prices on the website include taxes and shipping costs within the European Union. For deliveries outside the EU, additional costs and taxes may apply. These costs are for the customer's account.
If there is a clear pricing error, Confirm reserves the right to correct it and inform the customer accordingly.
Article 4: Delivery
Confirm strives to deliver orders within 30 days of purchase. The stated delivery times are indicative and may vary due to external factors, such as the chosen payment method or product availability.
The order will be delivered to the address provided during checkout. The customer must ensure that delivery is possible at this address.
Article 5: Product Display and Durability
Confirm strives to display products as accurately as possible on the website. Should a product not match the image shown, the customer can make use of the right of withdrawal as described below.
The durability of products depends on the material and the intensity of use. To maintain quality, it is important to follow the care and washing instructions. These instructions can be found on the wash label of the product concerned.
Article 6: Cooling-off Period and Right of Withdrawal
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you can use the return form and send it back to us. You can also register your return by logging into your account.
Products must be returned within 30 days of notification of withdrawal. Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original condition, including all labels and tags.
Confirm will refund the purchase amount within 14 days of receiving the return shipment via the original payment method.
Any decrease in the product's value resulting from use that goes beyond what is necessary to assess the product may be charged to the customer.

Article 9: Applicable Law and Competent Court
These general terms and conditions and all agreements with Confirm are governed by Dutch law.
Disputes that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
The Vienna Sales Convention (United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods) does not apply.
Article 10: Amendments to the General Terms and Conditions
Confirm reserves the right to amend these general terms and conditions.
Amendments will take effect as soon as they are published on the Confirm website. By placing an order, you agree to the general terms and conditions in force at that time.
