These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through the Confirm website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions and declare that you have read and understood their contents.

Article 3: Agreement, price and payment
An agreement is concluded once you place an order through the website and Confirm confirms your order by email. Confirm reserves the right to refuse an order if:
- The information provided is incomplete or incorrect.
- A previous order has not been accepted or has not been collected.
- Delivery to the specified address is not possible.
The prices on the website include taxes and shipping costs within the European Union. Additional charges and taxes may apply for deliveries outside the EU. These costs are the customer's responsibility.
In the event of an obvious pricing error, Confirm reserves the right to correct it and notify the customer.
Article 4: Delivery
Confirm strives to deliver orders within 30 days of purchase . Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to external factors, such as your chosen payment method or product availability.
The order will be delivered to the address provided during checkout. The customer is responsible for ensuring that delivery to this address is possible.
Article 5: Display of products and sustainability
Confirm strives to display products as accurately as possible on its website. If a product does not match the image shown, the customer can exercise their right of withdrawal as described below.
The durability of products depends on the material and the intensity of use. To maintain quality, it's important to follow the care and washing instructions. These instructions can be found on the care label of each product.
Article 6: Reflection period and right of withdrawal
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you can use the returns form and send it back to us. You can also register your return by logging into your account.
Products must be returned within 30 days of notification of cancellation. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition, including all labels and tags.
Confirm will refund the purchase amount via the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return shipment .
Any decrease in value of the product resulting from use that goes beyond what is necessary to assess the product may be charged to the customer.

These general terms and conditions and all agreements with Confirm are governed by Dutch law .
Disputes that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
The Vienna Sales Convention (United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods) does not apply.
Article 10: Changes to the general terms and conditions
Confirm reserves the right to change these terms and conditions.
Changes will take effect as soon as they are published on the Confirm website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions in effect at that time.
